By empowering bus operators globally with modern all-in-one comprehensive software solutions.
We are the thinkers, the dreamers, and the tinkerers—driven by a childlike curiosity, bold ideas, and the fearless ambition to do what's never been done.

Reluctant CEO & Co-Founder
Heroly builds like it's personal—because it is. Born into a refugee family that relied on public transport to start again, he knows movement can change lives. As co-founder of Busable, he fuses strategic clarity, empathetic design, and sharp engineering—then adds a sprinkle of magic dust to turn complex workflows into beautifully simple experiences. His north star? To make transport universally accessible—so more people get the second chance his family once needed.

Accidental CTO & Co-Founder
With over two decades building mission-critical transport systems, Graham has quietly powered much of Australia's bus infrastructure—from early real-time platforms at TfNSW to the high-performance backend of Busable today. He ping-pongs between deep architectural thinking and lightning-fast execution, turning sprawling complexity into elegant, scalable code. Calm in a crisis, sharp in the details—Graham doesn't just build systems. He builds certainty.

Software Engineer (FAFO+AI)
Avindu is the AI engine behind Busable's most intelligent systems. A full-stack architect with over a decade of experience, he brings clarity, control, and machine fluency to every build. Known for transforming complex logic into smooth, scalable flows, Avindu keeps our infrastructure running squeaky clean—just like his code. When he's not crafting high-precision features, you'll find him immersed in anime lore, designing indie games, or draining threes on the basketball court.

UX Engineer
Hamid brings clarity to complexity through design. He creates space, then watches what invades—so users never have to. Whether it's interface noise or workflow confusion, Hamid intercepts it with calm precision. At Busable, his work helps operators move through dense systems with surprising ease. He's not just designing screens—he's protecting the people who use them.

Industry Product Lead
Jeff is an experienced transport operations specialist who plays a key role in shaping Busable's product direction. With a background in managing Rural and Regional Bus Service Contracts and leading operational teams, he brings deep industry insight into how bus services really run. Jeff helps translate regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and day-to-day operational challenges into product enhancements that make Busable truly indispensable.

Software Engineer
Jack is a software engineer with a strong full-stack foundation and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving. Before joining Busable, he built production features and resolved critical bugs across teams working in Next.js, Node.js, .NET, and React, helping modernise frontends and strengthen application stability. Jack brings discipline, clarity, and thoughtful execution to every project, turning complex issues into clean, dependable solutions that operators can trust. Outside of work, he enjoys diving into hackathons, exploring emerging tech, and serving in his local church community.

Human-Centred Designer
Quince So is a human-centred designer who bridges the gap between complex systems and real-world usability. With a background in industrial design, she turns complexity into intuitive, elegant software experiences. Her approach brings clarity, empathy, and simplicity to the heart of Busable's design.

Customer Experience Architect
Tudor is a master of user-centred design, interaction strategy, and service blueprints. With a knack for simplifying complexity, he weaves together research, workshops, and process maps into seamless user journeys. A former HCI specialist and the design brain behind PTIPS, Tudor doesn't just solve problems—he facilitates epiphanies. Think post-its, pixels, and pure customer magic.

Customer Advocacy Specialist (Sandbag)
Polyglot, storyteller, and Guardian of Customer Advocacy. Fluent in 8 languages, Umluck's voice once lit up radio waves—now it brings calm and clarity to customers worldwide. With deep empathy and cultural fluency, he bridges gaps, eases tensions, and guides conversations with grace. A true compass for connection, Umluck brings humanity back to the heart of service.

Scheduling & Data Insights
Stefan turns a rail possession into a running bus service. When a line closes for trackwork, he takes the published timetable and builds the route path, the trips, the calendar and the driver duties, then gets the TODIS file validated and submitted to Transport for NSW inside the window the operator has. He wrote the validator those files are checked against before they go, map checks and all, on the principle that a wrong turn is cheaper to find on screen than with a full bus behind you. Calm and methodical, he is who CBC operators ring when a possession lands at short notice. When he is not deep in possession data, you will find him working on his car.

QA Specialist
Lara is part of Busable's QA team, where she rigorously tests features to ensure every release meets the highest standard. Her precision and curiosity help us ship with confidence. Beyond the screen, she's a gifted musician and watercolour artist—bringing the same creativity and care to testing as she does to her craft. At Busable, quality starts young and runs deep.
We're always looking for talented individuals to join our cause.
From one under-served depot to a platform running across three states.
Busable came out of years spent on regional bus contract projects at Transport for NSW — PTIPS, Transport Connected Buses, and a lot of time riding the front of school buses. The pattern was the same in every depot. Million-dollar operations run on paper, spreadsheets and software nobody supported any more.
“I realised that regional bus operators were under-served with software solutions — it was all fragmented, expensive, aging or severely unsupported.”
