These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Busable platform and services provided by Cortexus Pty Ltd trading as Busable (ACN 654 917 021) ("Cortexus", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our bus management software platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms are effective as of 6 August 2025 and may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Description of Service

Busable provides a comprehensive bus management platform that includes:

• Route planning and optimization tools
• Charter booking and management systems
• Driver scheduling and rostering
• Real-time dispatch and tracking
• Compliance monitoring and reporting
• Passenger information systems
• Fleet management capabilities

The Service is designed to help bus operators, transport companies, and related businesses manage their operations more efficiently.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability
