Most shuttle work still runs through the office. Passengers ring to book a seat, ring again to ask where the bus is, and someone ticks names off a list to know who got on.

Busable Go™ puts that on the passenger's phone. They book the seat, follow the bus on the map and scan on as they board, so the bookings, the headcount and the no-shows are already recorded when the client asks for them.
