One charter, typed up three times

An enquiry comes in and the kilometres and hours get worked out by hand, someone rings the depot to see if a coach is free, and the quote is typed into a template. When the customer says yes, the same job is typed again onto the roster and again onto the invoice.

Charterable™ works out the kilometres and running time from the run you lay out, checks the vehicles are free before the quote goes, and sends the accepted job to the invoice and to the roster, where you put a driver and a coach on it.
